Dietitian on Wheels® is a regular preceptor for top-notch dietetic interns from Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI and other U.S. Dietetic programs. We help the next generation of registered dietitian nutritionists become successful. Our dietetic interns work with community health agencies, senior nutrition programs, local food retailers and in nursing homes. Some successful real world projects our intern dietitian consultants have worked on are: What’s for Dinner Tonight? at Rushford Foods in Rushford, MN, nutrition projects for Channel One Regional Food Bank and SEMCAC senior congregate dining services. They have also worked on projects for large C-stores, like Kwik Trip, Inc. in La Crosse, WI.
